Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes! As a water damage company, Roots Water Restoration works closely with insurance companies and will handle any communication and paperwork.

How soon can you be out to my house?
We offer same-day inspections. If you have water damage, mold growth, fire damage, or sewage leaks, contact us immediately. It's important as according to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), mold can begin growing on a damp surface within 24–48 hours.

Is there an additional charge for weekends or after hours?
We do have an after-hours fee. Call our water damage company for details.

If I see mold do I need to vacate my house or is it safe to be here?
Microbial growth can cause health issues. As an experienced water damage company, we would recommend calling us to come out and inspect.
