Broni is our fearless leader. Not only does he have almost every certification in the book, he is a voracious learner in the field. He lives to train and see his team grow alongside him. And yes, he's the CEO but you won't often see Broni behind a desk because he's the kind of leader that wants to be in the trenches alongside his team. He's a nerd at heart and if he's not working, or spending time with his family, he's saving the world one dungeon at a time.

Reizen is one of the smartest guys we know. He is a master at learning systems, seeing what works and doesn't, and creating the kind of change that allows us to grow as a company. He truly is such an asset to our team and our technicians couldn't do what they do without him behind the command center. Although Reizen spends a good chunk of his work day behind a desk, you'll also catch him after hours with a headset and controller making it known that he's a gaming master as well.

Ezra has spent the last 3 years in the construction industry during which he attended a local trade school in their construction program. He is excited to get his hands dirty in the field of restoration work and we know he's got a lot of expertise to offer the team. When Ezra isn't at work,  you can find him listening to good music and adding to his massive lego build collection. We mean it, that Star Wars collection is something fierce!

IICRC Certifications:

• As a Technician Apprentice, Ezra doesn't currently hold any IICRC Certifications; however he will be taking the ​Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Course as part of Roots Water Restoration's pathways to certification. We want all of our technicians to be properly trained and certified. Ezra is excited to be working under a master restorer and will be on his way to that designation in no time!​

Chloe is our part-time super hero and full time motivator; we mean it! Chloe comes in to assist with our mitigation process after a loss. She is one of the fastest workers we've seen in the industry and we award that to her strong work ethic and go-go-go attitude.  When Chloe isn't at Roots Water Restoration, you'll still find her wearing that super hero cape in her job as a Firefighter on Whidbey Island. Chloe thrives in roles that allow her to move and try her hand at new challenges and we are so grateful to have someone like her on the team.

Chris, or who we sometimes call Coach Hammock, is our hard working, sports watching, basketball playing, joke telling, technician apprentice. He is new to the field but just like with any sport, he is rolling as a strong part of a team.  Chris is the definition of a team player and will fill in wherever we need him. He always goes the extra mile and is willing to do the dirty work to make sure we remediate your property to industry standards while providing the highest level of service. When Chris isn't on a job site or on the court, he's serving our community by working with children with special needs or spending time with his family. We are grateful to have someone on our team who serves our community the way Chris does!

Sydney is our jack-of-all-trades. She spent her 20s in the field of teaching as a high school and middle school teacher. Now, she has stepped into a whole new field of work, but she's still teaching the team new things daily. She handles pretty much everything behind the scenes and if the team can't figure something out, Sydney is the one we go to. If she doesn't know, she puts on her learner cap and figures it out. Although Sydney handles most of the stuff behind the scenes, you might also get a lucky sighting of her on demo day. When she's not working on stuff for Roots Water Restoration, you can find her homeschooling Zaydian, lifting weights, or working on a home renovation project.

Zaydian is the true soul of Roots Water Restoration. He is our team's daily dose of fun and boy is that a big dose! He brings the smiles & the snacks to every team meeting. But most importantly, Zaydian reminds us all why we do what we do: restore homes for families so that they can continue to build memories together.

We can't wait to announce the official signing of this lead technician. We're psyched to be growing our team one fantastic technician at a time!
